The House Cup Reading Challenge | Sign Up

If it’s Harry Potter themed, count me in.

So I just saw this on Lia’s blog and I thought it was super fun and HP themed, but I was late for sign ups. However, one of the people hosting just let me know on Twitter

The House Cup Reading Challenge is 4 weeks long and starts on October 15th (that’s today), and ends on November 12th. It is hosted by Kelsey of Kelsey’s Cluttered Bookshelf, Alex of Book Daisy Reviews, Lauren of Live, Love, Read, and Erica of Escape Under the Cover. You’ll read 7 books, one for each year of Hogwarts (you can choose any book), and beside that there are 13 challenges with prompts (listed below!).  Please check out Kelsey’s post HERE for more in depth info on the whole thing.

Here’s the prompts:

Gryffindor: Read a book with an epic hero/heroine
Hufflepuff: Read a book that contains a strong friendship
Ravenclaw: Read a book that revolves around a mystery
Slytherin: Read a book set in a dystopian world
Astronomy Class: Read a book set in outer space
Care of Magical Creatures: Read a book that features an animal or magical/mythical creature
Tri-Wizard Tournament: Read a book that includes a competition
Occlumency: Read a book about a character with magical abilities or superpowers
Death Eater: Read a book told from the POV of a villain
Platform 9 3/4: Read a book that features travel
Time Turner: Read a book set in the future or past
Fantastic Beasts: Read a spin-off to a beloved series
Dumbledore’s Army: Buddy-read a book with a friend or group
